Our shipping service is quick and safe. Our parcels are sent with GLS and shipping prices depend on the nation where you want to send your order. Indicatively, it is 7€ for Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands; 9€ for France, Germany and Denmark; 11€ for Spain, Croatia, Czech Republic , Hungary, Poland, Slovenia, 14€ for Bulgaria, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden and and return is completely free. If you would like to send your order to a not mentioned country, please write to us via our contact form and we will inform you of the time and costs involved.
Order processing times are very short: many items ARE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED WITHIN ONE WORKING DAY and delivered within 3-5 days (the courier does not deliver at weekends and on public holidays).
If you have chosen bank transfer as payment method, please note that your order may be processed with a delay of 3 days, due to awaiting the bank transfer.
During Christmas season (from 24.12 to 06.01) and mid-August weeks, shipments may be delayed up to 5-7 working days.
Unfortunately, payment in cash is not possible.
Would you like to make a return but don't know how to do it?
Making a return on our website is extremely easy. Just follow these simple steps:
- Log in to your account.
- On the left-hand side you will find a menu that includes the “returns” area. Simply enter here and fill in the form with your contact info.
- Please wait for the return confirmation by e-mail. We will send all the details to the email address you have provided and within the next two working days our courier will collect the parcel from your home.
- Once the parcel has come back to our shop, we will make a refund using the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
Remember that you can ask for a return up to 10 days after the delivery date.
As the utmost satisfaction of our customers is essential, you can try on the items purchased, and then eventually return them UP TO 10 DAYS in case they do not meet your expectations.
Our return service is completely free of charge, and the courier will come directly to your home to collect the items to be returned.
As you have seen, all you have to do is access your personal account, click on the “RETURNS” button and fill in the form with the required information. In addition to your contact details, you will be asked to enter the number of the order you wish to return and the reason for the return. In the “message” section you can tell us all kind of personal details or requests, such as the collection address, in case it differs from the delivery address, or if you wish to replace the product with another size or model (in this case we will let you know immediately if it is still available).
Please wait for our RETURN CONFIRMATION by email. In this we will give you the return details and we will answer your questions. The courier will come to pick up the parcel withing 2 working days. However, it is not possible to determine the precise time for the pick up. Free return may be used once only (any shipping costs for replacements after the first return shall be borne by the customer).
Within 72 hours of receiving the items, we will refund the amount you spent for the item (excluding shipping costs). Remember that we will use the same payment method you used for the purchase.
The right of withdrawl shall be deemed to have been properly exercised when the following conditions are fully met:
1. The products must not have been used, washed, ironed, etc.;
2. Products must be returned with all their accessories: tags, labels, pins, clips and anything else that is part of the product’s original packaging;
3. The products must not be damaged, crumpled and/or creased.
